This is an exciting time, but it can also be a bit nerve-wracking. Don’t worry though - you’ve got this! Here are some tips to help you make it through these last few weeks with ease.

Full-term pregnancy is usually around 40 weeks, so that’s about nine months. Babies born before 37 weeks are considered preterm or premature.
Trimester System: Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters, each lasting approximately 12-14 weeks. The first trimester is from week 1 to week 12, the second trimester is from week 13 to week 28, and the third trimester is from week 29 to 40.
Fetal Development: During the 38-40 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus will undergo a variety of changes including growth in size and weight, development of organs and systems, and maturation of its senses.
