Hi, iam Chad Gallant, Have a splendid day!
Ah man, the hardest pose in yoga? That’s a tough one! I mean, there are so many challenging poses out there that it’s hard to pick just one. But if I had to choose, I’d say it’s got to be the headstand. It takes a lot of strength and balance to pull off this pose correctly - not to mention courage! Plus, you have to be careful not to strain your neck or back. All in all, it’s definitely not for the faint of heart!

Crow Pose (Bakasana): This arm balance requires strength and balance as you lift your feet off the ground and hold yourself up with your arms.
Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana): This pose requires a lot of upper body strength to hold yourself upside down while balancing on your hands.
Headstand (Sirsasana): This pose is considered the king of all yoga poses, as it requires a great deal of core strength and balance to stay upright in this inverted position.
Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana): This arm balance is one of the most difficult poses in yoga, requiring you to twist your body into an eight-angle shape while balancing on your hands and feet at the same time.
Peacock Pose (Mayurasana): This pose requires a great deal of abdominal strength as you must support yourself with just your arms while lifting both legs off the ground at once in order to form a peacock shape with your body.
