Well, that’s the million dollar question, isn’t it? Did Hans betray Anna? It’s a tough one to answer. On the one hand, he seemed so sincere and devoted to her. She had trusted him and he had taken advantage of her vulnerability. It was a crushing blow, but Anna knew she had to stay strong and find another way to save herself from the curse.

Hans Proposes: After only one day of knowing each other, Hans proposes to Anna, which she accepts.

Final Confrontation: In the end, Elsa thaws out his frozen heart with her powers and he is forced to admit his betrayal before being exiled from Arendelle forever.
Hans definitely betrayed Anna. He totally sold her out and it was a real stab in the back. It’s a shame, ‘cause they were so close. I mean, she trusted him with her life and he just threw it away like it was nothing. It’s heartbreaking to see how quickly he turned on her - what a jerk!
